Opened in 2005 TinBay.com online store is a result of a joint effort
involving leading design studios in Eastern Europe and a strong North
American sales team.
TinBay's manufacturing facility produces quality sculptures based on the
prototype provided by partner designers. The models are then hand painted by
professional artists with decades of experience literally making the
sculptures "spring to life".
Technology used by TinBay allows us to produce the figures of the highest
quality and detail. Design is based on real facts and historic literature
detailing color and type of clothes and weapons.
Ordering, Payments and Shipping
Normally we work on a "per order" basis, however certain items including
soldier and diorama sets as well as battle scenes are kept on inventory.
TinBay uses only high quality certified materials for sculpturing and
painting.
We offer flexible payment options, which include Visa and Mastercard credit
cards, PayPal online transfers and electronic checks.
Once your payment has been approved, we will start working on
your order. Our lead times can be as long as 4-6 weeks depending on the
quantity and complexity of your order.
Our standard delivery time to the US and Canada is 2-4 weeks, to Europe - 1-2 weeks. Please allow additional delivery time for remote destinations.
Returns
We will gladly replace any product that is defective, damaged in transit or shipped in error within 30 days
of the original purchase date. Once the defective product or product shipped in error is returned to us,
at your choice, we will either replace it at no charge or issue a full refund to you.
